Nraas Question

Whenever my same-sex male sims around town get pregnant, they keep having babies. It only happens to males and only if i'm not actively playing them. I can end the cycle by ending pregnancy and resetting them with master controller but if I don't pay close attention to my notifications I can come back to a house overrun with toddlers and babies. I thought it might be an issue with not having male pregnancy clothes but I got some and it still happens every time unless I catch it. More just a mild irritation than a problem but does anyone know how I can stop this from happening?
