You take the pictures in game by pressing c. When you close the game and open the game launcher go into 'uploads' and all of the pictures should be there. Then you upload all the ones you want and they'll be in your studio (which you can find by going to your page)
From there you can either use those, or save them and edit them with a photo editing softwear (and then reupload them using a photo sharing site)
To put the on the forums click on them in your studio (once to get the bigger, and another time to make them their own window) (or on you photo sharing site account) and copy the image code (or the url if you are doing from your studio) and paste it into a post. Put before it and after it (without the *'s)
