Split-level roof: A roof placed on top of a "frieze level" made with CFE (or "constrainfloorelevation false" cheat), instead of the "placefriezes on" cheat. If I understand correctly, that is. In this case, the OP has used a foundation-high level to make the roof higher in the middle of the building. The regular friezes are two foundations high.
Hmm, you could always try adding floor tiles on top of the split level. Also, you might want to check if that fireplace tower is weatherproofed, it seems to me that there is snow in it too.
