1.a TS3 mod similar to TwistedMexi's Buildcam for TS4 (https://www.patreon.com/posts/buildcam-freecam-20523425)... basically a freecam mod in build/buy
2. A TS3 mod to remove the grid - both indoor and outdoor - in build/buy mode.
Could someone help me out here? thanks:)
