Is there a way to trigger a specific opportunity? More specifically, the "It's a living" ooportunity. I know that I can't advance my writing skill over level 5, But I didn't get that opportunity in t...

I had to google this and found that this opportunity is only available if the sim has a writing skill level between 1 and 5. If they get a higher writing skill before this opportunity appears they won't get it.
