TUTORIAL :: Adding basements to existing houses with foundation :: No demolishing necessary!

I have to say thanks again Spartan for a concise, easy to understand tut. Not sure what Crazybout did wrong, but pathing issues can be a real bear with the little Sims munchkins! A rule of thumb is giving the little stinkers as much room and as straight a path as possible. Also, with CFE it is easy to get a slight height variation (not immediately apparent to the naked eye) that the Sims just can't seem to step over. The top of the stairs has to meet the floor exactly or the Sims may see it as a blocked path.
