I've started developing the ground level of the home lot. The farm and living areas are all in the basement leaving their beach lot free for fun.
Phil was really shy about skinny dipping in the hot tub - but he managed to get into the tub.

The little buildings are scattered around the lot to protect the entrances and exits from the weather and other Sims.
