Fortunately I seem to have had all the content so I had no problems downloading it.
I'm not used to downloading things other than from EA so this is all new to me. I've now got a few worlds I've downloaded and will eventually move these Sims into some of the other worlds to give them something different to experience. I find it takes a few Sim days for the game to settle down after a move to a new world.
This is the fifth world the oldest of my Sims in this game have been in.
