I actually checked before I answered, and the hair had just downloaded fine for me. The site sometimes tries to annoy you with a few extra steps, but other than that, I always got what I wanted. Maybe, just try again? The site doesn't let you download several items at once if you don't subscribe, so maybe the download before hadn't properly finished yet.
