What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

Whether your sim earns the happiness points or you cheat and give them the points, which lifetime rewards do you usually give them first? Since there are so many choices I will group some. You can...

When I'm starting a new game, usually Observant. If I'm raising a child born in-game, usually multi-tasker. Over time most of my sims end up with both of those.

I never get No Bills. After the first couple of weeks, I find that getting rid of excess money is more of a problem than not enough money.
