What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

My opinion is steel bladder, hardly hungry, etc are kinda cheating yourself of the experience of a life simulation game. They're a part of life, and managing their needs is part of the fun for me. :) I will get dirt defiant though for a sports or gardener sim, because they get dirty and smelly so quickly.

I get fast learner and multi-tasker for my children as soon as I can, because it makes it so much easier for them to learn new things.
