My opinion is steel bladder, hardly hungry, etc are kinda cheating yourself of the experience of a life simulation game. They're a part of life, and managing their needs is part of the fun for me. :) I will get dirt defiant though for a sports or gardener sim, because they get dirty and smelly so quickly.
I get fast learner and multi-tasker for my children as soon as I can, because it makes it so much easier for them to learn new things.
My playing style focuses on simulating other aspects of their lives. It’s like when you watch a movie. You know the hero has to go to the toilet every now and then, you just don’t need to see it ;) I wouldn’t want to miss the need bars, the game would be dull if they weren’t there. But for me they are an on the side thing, not a focus. The reason I don’t choose the needing less sleep LTR is because it will mess with the day/night rythm. And that for me is quite important.
