What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

Whether your sim earns the happiness points or you cheat and give them the points, which lifetime rewards do you usually give them first? Since there are so many choices I will group some. You can...

No bills ever cause I can’t remember to pay bills and usually don’t notice the pop ups so inevitably the repo man comes and get that one piece of furniture I spent HOURS on designing. :s
