What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

Oops! I meant to vote for Opportunistic. It's usually the first one I grab but I might grab something else if I need sims to easily achieve something more important first like their hobby, career, or profession.

I never use No Bills Ever but I might allow Inheritance every once in a while if a sim needs help paying off a loan. I used to favor Long Distance Friend but I've adjusted how the game handles distant relationships through NRaas: Retuner.
