What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

Whether your sim earns the happiness points or you cheat and give them the points, which lifetime rewards do you usually give them first? Since there are so many choices I will group some. You can...

Most of them are getting the needs first.
In one case I played Vita and Nick Alto and gave them the observant, though it will be more useful for them.
