I hope this is the correct place for this. I'm looking for a world where I can place the town just as it is in sunset valley with the park in the middle surrounded by the shops and school and city hal...

I have a few, not Beach City- it takes a powerful computer to run it - but Legacy Island II/III are suggestions to start.
