I love Oasis Landing. I love the normal version, the dystopian version, and the utopian version. I downloaded a homewold version I haven't played yet, but mean too eventually. I always enjoy sending my sims to the future.
A (very) close runner up is Sims University. It's a beautiful world, plays really well, and is nicely laid out.
Of the EA EP worlds, my favorite is Moonlight Falls. Interesting sims, lots of empty good sized lots, and a nice spacious small town feel.
