Yes. Same here for me and many others. The real EA tech needs to respond to these forums. I contacted the EA support, but these are not the actual tech support, they are middle men. This is not right. I spent money on these simpoints and I can't use them or even download my purchases for nearly 2 weeks. Time to start demanding refunds. Could amount to about 80$. If everyone demands refunds on the store items and simpoints they can't access perhaps they might actually try to fix the issue or at the bare minimum send us an update on what is going on!!! They shouldn't sell unusable items!
