I bought hidden springs and I its not showing in my game I never received a code or anything ?

Hello Mera2005,
Can you share with me what you did after you purchased the world of Hidden Springs?
Once purchased, you can go to your store account, which is located right under where your name is shown in the Sims 3 store with a dropdown arrow.
Go To "My Store Account"
Purchase History
Then locate Hidden Springs in your purchase history and select that purchase to open it up in a new screen or simply select download which is offered under the picture of the world.
From there it should start to download to your Sims 3 Game Launcher. Find the world once it is fully downloaded to your launcher and select it and then select to "install".
