Hi,
In your main Sims 3 server , Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 , It will look something like that - There will be a saves folder. If my sources are correct, you will be able to transfer the 'Saves' file to your new computer by USB etc.

Now, this is a stupid question, but what is my main sims 3 server
@AlexIsMiserable if you have access to your other computer go to the electronics arts/thesims3/saves copy that folder to a thumb drive/flash drive/portable drive then copy the saves folder onto the other computer
