Re: Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

I recently purchase Pets and World Adventure  from the instant Gaming Site when I go to EA to redeem the key code and download the expansion it does not download and I can't re enter the key code because it says already redeemed

    Try doing it on the sims 3 store should help. I had the same problem a couple of days ago.
