Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

So I’ve got a problem that happened to me before and I can’t remember how fixed it.

i log in to the game and everything is fine, my sim is in Egypt. I make them travel home through the phone and boom, the attached photo pops up after about 15 minutes of loading. 

I deleted one drive, tried making a new file, tried repairing through the ea app, tried restarting, I don’t have an antivirus.

i have a Mac, and if it loads the save in Egypt it means it’s not a problem with the save file right? 

please help me!
