Police should take your Sim back home. If that doesn't happen, try select her and send her home.

In case you can't control her, let's use a cheat to reset her:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + C keys at the same time to open the cheat bar
2. Write: resetSim (name of your Sim) (surname)  
   For example, if your Sim's name is Bella Goth, you would write: resetSim Bella Goth
3. Press Enter key

That will reset your Sim. Can you control her now?
