Let's use a lot as an example: you go to edit town and click on the lot you want, let's say Central Park. Down at the bottom of the information and option block you should see (something somewhat resembling a turned on light bulb) and that will say "share". You click on that and you will be notified that it is in your uploads section of the launcher.
Open your launcher and go to uploads. It will be there, click on it and press upload and there you go!!! It applies mostly to all things - a sim for example. If it's already made; you access this by using the dresser and clicking on plan outfit. Once it has opened, you click on the sim's thumbnail and again you will see a icon which when hovered over with a mouse will say "share". The same process happens and there you go!
