yes from build/buy find the Island paradise pack and use the blueprint layout to lobby build gym dining area's chalets place hot tubs the food stands bar pool bar most of what you'll need will be in blueprints oh and landscapeing the guests like that too i did successfully build one in sunset valley on the empty lot near the landgrabs/altos familys
