@marrijuhana  Seeing an offer to purchase Sims 3 is normal, at least for some users.  I'm not sure why it happens, but as long as you can play the game, you don't need to worry about it.

If you can't play, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for a refund, full or partial, for Sims 3.  Let me know what you find.
