Thank you, I tried resetting as you suggested but nothing has changed.

Do you have moonlight falls and any of the new interactions in your game ?

I had them but removed everything when I removed all my games the first time. Do I need Moonlight Falls to make it work?

Why did you remove moonlight falls? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the supernatural game? I saw the settings, in the game, that you can "turn on" and "turn off" the fairies, werewolves, and the others... You should check it 🙂

Ok  Moonlight Falls is in my game. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried the other suggestion also, I went in and turned everything on off and on and still nothing. I have checked and should have all the latest patches. 😕mileysad:

So what exactly are you missing ?

- Traits ?

- Fairy Wings ?

- Werewolves can't changed to their werewolf forms ?

Anything else ?

Can you make witches and do they come out ok ? What about Vampires ?

Traits, Fairy Wings,Werewolves don't change into werewolf form, witches are like normal sims and so are all the others, except that when you click on Genii, Vampires and ghost they change to color but that is all. I do have the lunar cycles and Zombies come out on a full moon but you can't interact with them.  😕mileysad:  I want to buy seasons when it comes out but am afraid it won't work right with supernatural not working.

Did you ever install any mods in the programs folder or use the Installer Helper Monkey (if you don't know what that is, you probably haven't)

I don't know what the helper Monkey is, and anything extra I downloaded should have been removed when I uninstalled all my games the first time. Right?

The uninstaller only removes files the game put on your computer. If you've added a mods folder to programs, that is not removed unless you manually delete it.

But if you haven't, it was just an idea.

As for your issue, I'm clean out of any other suggestions at the moment. Maybe someone else has one.
