Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi, I need help with The Sims 3 on Mac.
I originally owned The Sims 3 on disc and registered it on Origin.
EA Support told me they manually added the game to my EA App account.
On their end, they say they can see the entitlement.
On my end, nothing shows in my EA App library. When I did see it earlier, it was the old 32-bit Mac version, which won’t launch on modern macOS.
I have already:
Cleared cache (multiple times)
Reinstalled the EA App
Restarted my Mac
Manually removed old Sims 3 files
The problem is not with cache or reinstall — it’s that my account isn’t receiving the Mac 64-bit Sims 3 entitlement, only the old 32-bit version.
Could a Community Manager or EA staff please escalate this so that the correct 64-bit Mac entitlement is re-applied to my account?

    If you're missing the 64-bit versions on your account, that's something you'll need to speak with live support about- here on the forums we aren't able to access your specific account information to get that version manually added for you. 

    Please submit a new help request here to continue working with live support on this.
