Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi, I am on macOS Sequoia. I recently redeemed a retail code for The Sims 3 Base Game. In my EA App library, it only shows as 'Available on Windows' and I cannot download it. I have contacted live support twice (Saurabh and Ashutosh), but they both claimed they cannot add the 64-bit & Metal entitlement because it's a retail code. However, I know that all owners of The Sims 3 are entitled to this version. Can a moderator please look into my account and manually grant the 64-bit & Metal entitlement? Thank you!

Hey KruEllii,

Unfortunately, we don't have the tools to help with account-related requests, like granting entitlements, here on the forums. You'll need to contact live support again to try getting those entitlements.

support didn't help me... but I tried it again today and Mark was very helpful and he repair it for me. Now I can play.
