@liza116906  Great, so you can try restoring your saves if you want.  They'd be inside the Saves subfolder of the Sims 3 folder you renamed, and you can simply transfer them to the new Sims 3 folder.  The same goes for anything in Library, which holds saved households and builds.  Let me know if there's any other content you'd like to restore.
