I downloaded the directx 9 and it still didnt work. attached is my dxdiag.. im not sure what to do because i cant download any of the custom content from the exchange or the store..

@KGayelle24 As I mentioned previously, the workarounds for your issue are in the accepted solution on page one of this thread. Your issue has nothing to do with DirectX 9.
