This is a sims 4 forum. There's another forum about sims 3.
To propose in sims 3, your other sim must think your sim is "extremely irresistible" to propose. Keep stacking romantic interaction until it came out.

Sorry thought I put it in the sims 3 one.
I am doing that with the romantic interactions for time but it just won’t appear@serena2574 Are the sims already in a formal relationship? If they're just "romantic interests," you'll need to use the "ask to go steady" interaction first. And it's possible that if their relationship isn't high enough, perhaps around 50% full, you won't see the option at all.
If that's not the issue, are you using any mods, and which ones?
