Re: The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle is not showing up to download on Origin

sometimes the disk reader just cannot read some disk and those are Sims 3 DLC content items and do not appear in the Origin account

once the world is downloaded and installed it will be in the main menu +new game to select the world to play in you will still play from whatever game you normally play from there will be no shortcut icon or launcher icon for the wold and it will not be in your origin my games tab

try redeem the code in your the sims 3 account then download and install from there

Follow these steps to redeem your code

1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2. Go to your account page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html (site will ask for your password again)
3. Click on Redeem a Code
4. Enter the 16-letter code, accept the Policies and click on Redeem
5. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)
