PrincesaFaith I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue, which is that the free SimPoints offer doesn't work anymore. It was only ever valid for the base game and World Adventures, plus some limited edition versions of certain packs; and there was a bug on the Store site that would add points over and over again, making it appear that other packs also granted points. But that was not intended.
At any rate, I doubt this is going to be fixed, and there's really nothing you can do about it yourself.
