Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

i have recently ran in to the issue where the game loads up fine and all until i go to load or create a new world and it says a serious error (world name) i would recommend restarting this application and i have tried everything on the ea forum and I have uninstalled  it and everything and still nothing just says the same thing and i would real like to know how to get it fixed because i have spent quite a bit of money on this game. thank you
