Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Sims 3 Dragon Valley Gold Edition, it says that it is "In game content. Instead of installed". As such no game for my daughter and I on Father's Day. 

I have been to my downloads, and to the EA app. I bought one from each, so technically I have 2 copies, and neither of them work.
