Re: "You don't have access" error
Hi everyone, I’m having a frustrating issue with The Sims 3. I own all the expansion and stuff packs, and according to the EA App, everything is downloaded and installed correctly. However, when I open the game launcher, about half of them are missing from the "Expansions and Stuff" tab.
Everything used to work perfectly fine back when I used Origin and my old PC. The problems started after switching to the EA App and moving to a new computer.
I’ve already tried several solutions, including a clean reinstall using Revo Uninstaller to make sure no registry files were left behind, but it didn't help. Since the basic fixes aren't working, I’m at a loss for what to do next.
Has anyone dealt with this "sync" issue between the EA App and the Launcher? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
