Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

I redeemed my Sims 3 code and excitedly went to install it however, it says that its unavailable due to "Available on Windows".  I own a Mac. The case says it supports both Windows and Mac, I've tried talking to support through the live chats but none of them help. I saw that the incompatibility may be that I need the 64-bit version as that is what my laptop operates on.

I have purchased numerous Sims 4 Expansion packs and me and my brother are huge fans of the franchise, I'd really like to play this game as I haven't in years but this is very frustrating and I feel I'm out of the money I've spent on it. I would really appreciate some help.
