Marketplace not loading right

I opened Sims 4 market place in game and the "discover" page wont load at all. Then I tried clicking on makers packs and the page loaded however when I clicked on any makers pack I loaded weird. I can't access or purchase any of the makers packs.  I also tried to take a screenshot and its not showing up in my screenshots folder under Electronic arts.
