Creator pack installed hit non showing

Salon Glow Hair Set is installed but not showing in Create a Sim

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the The Sims 4 Salon Glow Hair Set by MADLEN on Xbox One.

I purchased the pack and it appears to be correctly purchased and installed on my Xbox. However, when I launch The Sims 4, none of the hairstyles from the Salon Glow Hair Set appear in Create a Sim.

I have already restarted the game and the console, but the hairstyles are still missing. The pack is shown as installed, but the content does not appear in-game.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hey, thank you for your reply.

    The Salon Glow Hair Set was already activated under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and Manage Storage.

    I also tried deactivating the kit and then activating it again, clicking “Confirm” afterward, but unfortunately the hairstyles still do not appear in Create a Sim.

    The kit is installed and activated, but the content is still missing from the game.

    Hey pasq1391​, 

    Just to confirm, under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and Manage Storage, is the Salon Glow Hair Set kit activated? If not, you'll need to select the kit and click 'Confirm' to reactivate it.
