Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

I am on a laptop and  bought the new EP, Enchanted by Nature, and was supposed to receive a digital download with it. I did not realize I didn't get it until I had to uninstall and reinstall my game. When trying to reinstall, the process stops at the new digital content and says it cannot continue because I do not own that. I cannot go around that message and everything comes to a stop.

I cannot find anyway to contact EA and I am really hoping yall can help me.
