Sims 4 startet nicht mehr. / Sims 4 Sims 4 no longer starts. Please HELP, Guys!

Ich habe am Sonntag die neue Sims 4 - Erweiterung gekauft "Ab ins Abenteuer" und noch weitere 3 Sets. Ich habe mir jetzt extra letzte Woche einen Gaming - Laptop für die Sims 4 gekauft und auch zuvor schon einmal darauf gespielt, allerdings wollte ab Sonntag das Spiel nicht mehr starten. Es kommt sofort eine Fehlermeldung. Daran hat sich leider die letzten Tagen nichts geändert.

Ich habe bereits das Game in der App repariert, auch die Cache - Dateien geleert in der EA App und vom Spiel selbst und auch die Ausführung als Admistrator hat nichts gebracht. Neustart der App oder des Laptop auch nicht.

Doch der Laptop ist neu und funktioniert auch, daran sollte es nicht liegen. 

Was kann ich jetzt noch machen???

I bought the new Sims 4 expansion "Adventure in the Park" on Sunday, along with three other sets. I specifically bought a gaming laptop for Sims 4 last week and had already played on it before, but since Sunday, the game hasn't started. I immediately get an error message. Unfortunately, this hasn't changed in the last few days.

I've already repaired the game in the app, cleared the cache files in the EA app and the game itself, and running it as an administrator didn't help. Restarting the app or the laptop didn't help either.

But the laptop is new and works, so that shouldn't be the problem.

What else can I do now???
