Sims instantly return from work when other Sim travels – console bug

When one Sim is at work and I travel with another Sim (e.g. go to the gym), the working Sim instantly comes back from work. This always happens after a loading screen while the other Sim is out. The message says something like "X earned 5§ and had a good work day", even if the shift just started.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Let Sim A go to work
2. Travel with Sim B to another lot
3. After the loading screen, Sim A is back and their workday is over
   Expected:
   Sim A should continue their shift and return at the correct end time.
   Tried solutions:

• Cache reset (console)
• Saving household to Gallery and starting new game
  
  • Completely new save file with new Sims
  • Reinstalling Sims 4 on Xbox

  Still broken.

  Bug happens after travel/loading screens while a Sim is at work.

  Please fix this. It breaks the game.
