Help please

Every time I install the game it puts something like there is an error in vc ++ and I can not install it, I installed and reinstalled 100 times (VC ++) and it still does not work, I checked the install folder and the zone where it is installed Suppose that they have to be these does not exist, I also checked that VC ++ is compatible with my operating system and nothing, any solution?

    nada, he hecho esto y sigue poniendome lo de instalar, cuando le doy a este, sigue poniéndome el mismo error

    Hola @carlosmortadella,

    ¿Puedes comprobar a ver si se te han creado las carpetas vc2010sp1 y vc2013 dentro de C:\Archivos de programa (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\_Installer\vc? En caso afirmativo, prueba a ejecutar como administrador los dos instaladores que encontrarás en su interior, dentro de la carpeta redist.

    Una vez haya terminado, reinicia el equipo e inténtalo de nuevo.
