No puedo interactuar con mi partida / I can't interact
I recovered from the saves file one party which after hours of building, and trying to play with the family for once, found out that the menues wouldn't open.
So basically I can do things with my sims that don't have nothing to do with the options below in the screen such as the calendary, the social relationships, work, everything except the phone and the needs bars. Those two i can check them.
Also, the menu option like the configuration, and everything like the gallery, i can't interact with so i always try to start the game after doing something to fix the game, but it won't, so its stuck in time cause i can't save it neither, i can't save the buildings of the whole city in the gallery neither..tho i did but it won't show up. Because I tried creating the same party in another new one, but since i can't even save my buildings, i can't create it again, i already had the family in my gallery so it's not a problem, i created them earlier before i had to recover my save. Which wasn't at all hard to find and get done.
Now, i've tried everything to fix the game. Nothing works, nothing. I do use CCC and whatever, i removed the file, and the videogame does work perfectly. I tried creating a new party but the old one keeps working like broken, weird, just like I described. So I put the mods again and yes the sims 4 runs perfectly as before.
But the problem is with this party which I spent more than probably 50 hours on, so this and the whole game with it buggs pisses me off.
To be honest, as a person who buys some particular DLCs of EA and having this bad experience videogame is so much decompensated.
El juego carga, va perfecto, pero tengo problemas con una partida en específico que ha dejado de responder ciertas partes de las opciones en la pantalla como los menú en general, no responde el modo construir, no abre ninguna ventana de menú y tampoco deja guardar los solares en la galería por lo que tampoco puedo recrear la partida a pesar de estar guardada, sin embargo la unidad doméstica está guardada con anterioridad al problema. No tengo claro cómo arreglar esto, ya que he intentado de todo. El juego mientras más interactúo más se congela parece ser, es decir, del vamos no reacciona, y si toco el modo construir hasta ni aparece la barra con las herramientas en la parte superior de la pantalla, y el juego tampoco se puede cerrar excepto por el administrador de tareas, de forma que tampoco puede guardarse.
