Black screen after activate the mods in Sims 4
Hello ( English isnt my mother laguage i'm sorry for the grammar error)
event since the update for the new extention Royalty, the game i start crash after few hours and got a black screen so the game close after. I was able to go into that same save game. But after few hours again it crash. I repair the game untinstall the game. i was able to connect. I active the mods again and then black screen. i hear the music bacground but no image. I was **bleep** so i let the game like that after fews weeks i wanna start playing again but... the problem occure again. Black screen after the loading. I'm not able to close the game or go to the menu option i need to close the game but the task manager.
i contact EA i did all the step they ask me unintall, repair reload, make sure everything is updated mods, game, app, grahic cumputer. I delete all the file of sims 4 in ea game and 86x program and since im not able to load the game new file of the sims 4 can be created.
the problem occure on a desk cumputer, i can play on a laptop but its not ideal for me since i cant play often since its not my cumputer.
Ea support ask me to post my issue here, maybe someone else have the same problem as me ?
