Can’t do simple things

My sims can’t do simple things like homework or sleep. I’m a PC gamer and I first thought it was because of my mods so I took them all down but no. They don’t go in beds or they are not doing the action of doing homework. But the avatar at the left corner will be asleep. But my sim isn’t in a bed and is far from it
