Problem with saves

Hello, so this is my issue:

I wanted to play to the sims and when i enter in the game my saves were gone and some orange trianle with ! were on the houses. So i asked the EA assistance and they told me that I have to load the game and like download the save to retrive the save, and then delete and re download the game. so i did this and it didnt worked, but at least i was able to see my save in the game even if it didnt worked. So i asked someone else and she told me to delete cache folder , thumbnailscache and an other one, and launch the game. so i did this, but when i launched the game, all of my saves were gone! i have a copy of my past saves but when i enter in the game i wasnt even able to retrieve it. PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU help me pls i dont want to lose my saves.

je voulais jouer au sims et quand jai lancé le jeu mes sauvegardes etaient inaccessibles et il y avais des triangles oranges avec un ! au dessus des habitation. donc jai demande a l'assistance de EA et ils mont dit que je devait charger ma sauvegarde et supprimer le jeu et le re installer. ca na pas marche mais je pouvais encore voir mes sauvegarde dans la rubrique "charger ma partie". jai demande a quelqu'un d'autre et elle ma dis de supprimer thumbnailcache le cache et je sais plus quoi. je l'ai fait mais la javais plus aucjne sauvegarde je pouvais rien faire? jai une copie de mes anciennes sauvegardes.
