Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game

I have purchased multiple packs on my Mac desktop, then I downloaded Sims 4 onto my MacBook laptop, I have downloaded the packs/kits that have been bought in the EA app under the manage add-ons but they don't show up once I open the game. What am I doing wrong?
