I have purchased multiple packs on my Mac desktop, then I downloaded Sims 4 onto my MacBook laptop, I have downloaded the packs/kits that have been bought in the EA app under the manage add-ons but they don't show up once I open the game. What am I doing wrong?

If that doesn't help, please run the Terminal search the solution describes for two of your missing packs and post screenshots of the results here.
