Downloading sims 4 update not working

I already tried restarting the EA App but its not working

Does someone else has problems with the new update?
When I want to update I get "An unknown error occurred. restart the EA app and try again, or reach out to our support team for help"

I already searched a bit and tried everything I found but nothing helped

Yup, same issue here.... EDIT: reading from another topic the error is on their side, they are looking into it... hopefully it is fixed soon
